Rooms

There are different kinds of rooms at the Hotel Residence Elite: the hotel has single rooms, classic doubles, superiors and large junior suites (with the option of adding a third bed).
The rooms are soundproof and fitted with elegance and simplicity and have a modern design which blends the essentiality of style with the warmth transmitted by wood: everything down to the smallest detail has been thought out in each room to ensure an extremely pleasant and relaxing stay for guests.
All the rooms are fitted with electronic key, separate air conditioning, desk, direct telephone line, satellite TV, radio, fast Internet connection, safety deposit box, minibar, private bathroom with shower or bath tub and hairdryer. The superior double rooms are also fitted with a Jacuzzi, perfect for those relaxing moments.
The Hotel Residence Elite has some rooms set aside for non smokers and rooms completely accessible to disabled users.

The Hotel Residence Elite provides its guests with more than 30 apartments: one and two room soundproof flats (from 25 to 42 square metres), fitted with every form of comfort and designed to meet the needs of everyone. The apartments have a cooking corner, a sitting room with sofa bed, a double or twin room, private bathroom with bath tub or shower and a large terrace. To guarantee an enjoyable relaxing stay, each flat is fitted with fridge, microwave oven (some with washing machine), direct telephone line, satellite TV, radio, fast connection to Internet, air conditioning and safety deposit box

The Hotel Residence Elite is to be found in an extremely strategic location both for those coming to visit Venice, and for those on business trips: a few minutes by car or using the comfortable public transport, separate this magnificent city from the hotel.
You can set off to discover Venice without worrying about when to come back: the night buses guarantee a continuous link with dry land! The hotel is, in fact, located at the centre of Venezia–Mestre, in Via Forte Marghera, along the Salso Canal, the water route which runs into the Venice Lagoon.
The new San Giuliano park and Piazza 27 Ottobre, with its shopping centres, shops and local restaurants, are located just a short distance from the hotel on foot so you can leave your car in our closed in car park.
The "Marco Polo" international airport in Venice, is just a few kilometres away from this elegant hotel in Mestre and can be reached in approximately 10 minutes both by taxi and direct bus.
