About
Country Hotel/Restaurant Le Querce was founded in 1971 by Giorgio Parri, who decided to create an elegant restaurant surrounded by rolling green hills at the entrance of Salsomaggiore Terme. The hotel and restaurant have been family run for over 35 years by the Parri family. In 2006, the first phase of renovations was completed.
